The Learning Experience team is seeking an innovative AI-forward Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll harness artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to design, develop, and rapidly deploy learning modules that impact associates worldwide. Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various enhanced by AI for scenario generation, assessment creation, and content personalization
Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives utilizing AI to generate first drafts, variations, and quality improvements
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies with particular focus on emerging AI tools and their applications in instructional design
Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs
Pioneer AI-driven processes that enable the team to scale content production while maintaining quality standards and reducing time to deployment
Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Organizational Development
Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
Experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities including ILT, e-learning and video
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in process improvement
Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
Experience with system simulations and basic HTML
Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools for content creation, scenario generation, quality assurance, and rapid prototyping of learning experiences
Preferred
Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field
Proven competence using an LMS, such as Cornerstone, Moodle, or Thinking Cap Experience with evidence-based instructional design and learning analytics
Multimedia development capabilities (video editing, graphics design, animation)
