Responsibilities
Design and implement deep learning models for visual perception
Build algorithms that enable decision-making
Create robust systems that allow AI agents to operate safely across diverse geographical areas
Publish novel research and create entirely new approaches to visual perception, scene understanding, and control systems
Work on complete solutions from object detection and tracking to path planning and control, from sim-to-real transfer to real-world deployment and continuous learning from agent experiences
Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
Preferred
Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
