Help shape how Whole Foods Market merchants plan, forecast, and make decisions, and put AI-powered tools in their hands to do it better. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product strategy for intelligent automation, next-generation forecasting models, and the data foundations that connect them. You'll work at the intersection of AI/ML, merchant experience, and supply chain data to build capabilities that fundamentally change how category managers operate across one of the world's most trusted grocery brands.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered merchant intelligence tools, including adoption strategy, capability governance, and merchant enablement.\nLead cross-functional execution of forecasting model migration: defining success criteria, orchestrating data readiness, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving go/no-go decisions.\nDrive data integration and catalog harmonization initiatives across multiple systems and organizations, resolving complex upstream and downstream dependencies.\nDefine product requirements for new analytical capabilities, including store clustering, category intelligence, and assortment optimization, from problem framing through OP1 commitment.\nEarn merchant trust through direct engagement: translating technical capabilities into business value, validating solutions in the field, and building feedback loops that inform the roadmap.\nNavigate a complex stakeholder landscape spanning product, engineering, supply chain, UX, and merchandising organizations across both Amazon and Whole Foods Market.

Qualifications

Minimum

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent.\nExperience as a product manager or owner.\nExperience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.\nExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.

Preferred

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.\nUsage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.\nAbility to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
