As a Technology Consultant within Netherlands Area Delivery, you will deliver Data & AI and Cloud engagements for strategic customers, translating business needs into working solutions alongside architects and delivery leads. Dutch-language delivery, strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on technical execution ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes and lasting customer trust across Public Sector, financial services and healthcare accounts.
Responsibilities
Collaborates in the pre-sale process with internal stakeholders by providing technical guidance, translating business requirements, or identifying possible existing or new solution offerings to help shape the deal and influence budgetary estimates.
Leads meetings with customers/partners to identify business needs and create a vision, using business, industry, and technology strategies to map customer/partner requirements to the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technology solutions.
Provides oversight and leadership on work streams or a partner team to implement solutions, following Industry Solutions processes and aligning solutions with the intent of the architecture and meeting customer/partner business goals.
Manages complex escalations, analyzes situations, and coordinates appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery practices and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Drives opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of cloud and Microsoft technologies by articulating/developing value propositions of strategic Microsoft products and services.
Learns new technologies or services based on business demands and industry trends, obtains relevant accreditations and certifications, and mentors team members as a technical advisor.
Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 6+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
Preferred
12+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business.
Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics).
Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
