Responsibilities
Work with algorithm teams to refine NLP models, improving accuracy in intent recognition and routing.
Collaborate with customer service teams to design and implement high-quality data labeling for model training.
Build a data monitoring system to track model performance, analyze anomalies, and identify root causes.
Use data insights to propose actionable optimizations for both models and workflows.
Serve as liaison between business and algorithm teams, aligning technical solutions with operational needs.
Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
1 year of experience in project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies.
1 year of experience translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, or Excel.
1 year of experience managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution.
1 year of experience analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning.
1 year of experience interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents.
