Research Experience
Currently a Senior Researcher at Microsoft Research. Prior to that, until 2023, he served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Toronto, working at the Computer Systems & Networks Research Group with Prof. Yashar Ganjali.
Education
Received his PhD from NYU in 2020, working with Prof. H Jonathan Chao.

Research interests include networks and distributed systems, spanning topics such as Congestion Control, Machine Learning-Assisted Network Design, Ultra-Low Latency Communications, Resource Management and Scheduling, etc.
