Research Experience
  • Conducts research at the Center on Knowledge Graphs, USC Information Sciences Institute (ISI); served as the session chair for Recommender System III at the European Conference on Machine Learning and Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (ECML-PKDD'25); collaborated on multiple projects, including the CriticalMAAS project with Inferlink Corporation and Knowledge Computing Lab.
Education
  • He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Southern California (USC), where he conducts research with Prof. Craig A. Knoblock at the Center on Knowledge Graphs, USC Information Sciences Institute (ISI). He received his M.S. degree in Computer and Communication Engineering (CCE) and B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan, where he worked with Prof. Hsun-Ping Hsieh at the Urban Science and Computing Lab.
Background
  • His research interests lie in geographic information science and data mining, with a particular focus on applying machine learning techniques to address challenges in spatial AI. He works on spatial-semantic understanding, heterogeneous data integration, learning-augmented optimization, and data-driven decision making, combining these techniques to advance research in automated map understanding, urban computing, and other data-intensive challenges.
