Research Experience
  • Current projects include population genomic studies of intrahost HIV and HCV dynamics and Bayesian statistical developments to study phylodynamic processes.
Background
  • As part of the Clinical and Epidemiological Virology division at the Rega Institute, the laboratory of Evolutionary and Computational Virology investigates viral evolutionary processes at different biological scales ranging from within-host evolution of persistently infecting viruses to global epidemic spread.
