B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with exchange studies at City University London, Delft University of Technology, and Czech Technical University in Prague.
Background
Research interests include planning, management, and evaluation of programs, investments, and projects. He has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Crete and the University of Toronto, where he also taught in the graduate program Cities Engineering and Management. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an Erasmus Mundus Master's in Strategic Project Management.
