Research Experience
- Currently a researcher and the lead developer for the Natural Language Processing Work Package in the EU-funded IDEA4RC project. Working with Alberto Lavelli (supervisor) on multilingual unstructured data extraction using NLP models in the clinical domain.
Education
- Earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Patna in 2023, under the supervision of Prof. Asif Ekbal and Prof. Pushpak Bhattacharyya. His doctoral dissertation was titled 'Affective Analysis of Distress, Offensive Content, and Personality.' Prior to his Ph.D., he completed M.Tech. in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi, in 2014.

- Currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Natural Language Processing (NLP) Research Group at Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) in Trento, Italy. Passionate about deep learning and natural language processing, particularly interested in Information Extraction in the Medical Domain, Computational Modeling in Behavioral Data, Sentiment and Emotion Analysis, as well as Hate Speech and Offensive Content Analysis.
