Has been a tenure-track assistant professor at the Institute of Statistics and Big Data, Renmin University of China since September 2016, and was promoted to a tenured associate professor in August 2022.
Education
Earned a Ph.D. in 2015 from the Department of Statistics at Chinese University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Phillip Yam; obtained a BSc from the Department of Mathematics at Southeast University in 2011.
Background
Research interests include causal inference and its applications in economics and machine learning. Focuses on the identification of causal effects from complex data, studying semi/non-parametric theory, and developing robust and data-driven methods for statistical inference.
