Research Experience
Guides a multidisciplinary research team consisting of graduate students, undergraduate students, and visiting researchers; leads the CPS Lab as a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rutgers University.
Background
Research interests include developing novel sensing paradigms to transform raw heterogeneous data into valuable information and then into knowledge through information fusion. These paradigms apply to distributed systems that need to react promptly to sensor information with effective actions.
Miscellany
The CPS Lab is part of the Cloud and Autonomic Computing Center (CAC), an NSF-funded research center focused on making computer systems and applications more reliable, secure, and efficient.
