Background
Professor of Radiology and Bioengineering at the University of Pittsburgh. His research emphasis is on developing novel computational tools for enabling non-invasive, quantitative, and accurate assessment of pathological conditions, ultimately advancing a deeper understanding of the underlying mechanism of diseases and facilitating the development of efficacious therapy methods.
Miscellany
The lab offers free quantitative image analysis services. They welcome candidates with experience or interest in image processing and machine learning to apply for postdoctoral positions. Students and international visiting scholars, particularly those interested in medical image analysis and artificial intelligence, are also encouraged to join.
