Background
- A senior researcher in Artificial Intelligence with a focus on Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning in Healthcare. His work spans a range of topics including clinical decision support (including multimodality, fairness, and explainable AI), text anonymization, LLM agents and knowledge integration, as well as multilingual information extraction and corpus generation. He is very interested in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with clinicians, domain experts, ethicists and technologists to ensure that AI systems are not only technically sound but also practically useful and socially responsible.
