Academic Achievements
- Published multiple papers, such as 'The tracking umbrella: Diverse interpretations under a common neural term' which is set to be published in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, along with other findings on how the temporal structure of music improves cortical encoding of speech.
Research Experience
- Conducting research on brain rhythms and cognition at BCBL (Basque Center on Cognition, Brain & Language).
Background
- Research interests include using time-resolved neuroimaging techniques (such as MEG and EEG) to understand the computational dynamics and architecture of language processing. The team focuses on exploring how the brain encodes visual, auditory, and linguistic rhythms, and based on this approach, investigates predictive processing in language comprehension, music processing, and visual and attentional processes.
Miscellany
- Team members come from diverse backgrounds, collectively dedicated to advancing human understanding of how the brain processes complex information through scientific research.
