Resume (English only)
Academic Achievements
  • In 2025, papers accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (T-IM), IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (T-ITS), and IEEE Transactions on Radar Systems (TRS). In 2024, a paper was also accepted by IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (T-ITS). Presented a paper at the 2023 IEEE Radar Conference (RadarConf23).
Research Experience
  • Currently a Research Faculty in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Maryland Transportation Institute at the University of Maryland, College Park, working under the supervision of Dr. Xianfeng (Terry) Yang. Worked at the Artificial Intelligence Research Center, Peng Cheng Laboratory (PCL) from 2019 to 2021. Involved in projects such as DroneTraff: Drone-based Workzone Safety Alert System and CalibRefine: Deep Learning-Based Online Automatic Targetless LiDAR–Camera Calibration.
Education
  • Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona in 2025, advised by Dr. Siyang Cao; M.E. in Integrated Circuit Engineering from Peking University in 2019; B.S. in Applied Physics from Northeast Petroleum University in 2016.
Background
  • Research interests include sensor data processing, multi-sensor fusion and calibration (involving camera, radar, LiDAR, and GNSS), deep learning-based perception (object classification, detection, and multi-object tracking), and multimodal deep learning (vision-language models and representation learning). Application areas cover autonomous driving, intelligent transportation systems, and smart robotics.
Miscellany
  • Personal interests not mentioned.
