Academic Achievements
- Multiple times listed in the top 2% of global scientists for annual achievements, and selected as a highly cited scholar in China in 2025. Won numerous national competition awards, such as Best Paper at IEEE Intelligent Internet of Things Conference, Best Paper at Vehicular Communication, etc. Authored several industry and local standards, leading the first vehicular networking standard in Shaanxi Province. Applied for over 100 national patents, with more than 60 granted, and published over 140 academic papers in renowned journals and international conferences.
Research Experience
- Since 2003, engaged in research on wireless mobile communication, satellite communication, space-air-ground integration, vehicle communication networks, intelligent driving/autonomous driving, and AI applications in vertical industries. Has led multiple national and local research projects, including sub-projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, general projects, and youth projects.

- Approved as a master's supervisor in the field of Traffic Information Engineering and Control in 2010; approved as a doctoral supervisor in the field of Communication and Information Systems in 2016; visited Oak Ridge National Laboratory from 2013 to 2014; visited University of California, Santa Barbara from May to July 2018.
