Academic Achievements

Research Experience
Formerly an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Vanderbilt University in Nashville (2018-2021), a member of the ALOPHIS research group at the University of Cagliari (2021-2022), and a member of the LogICS research group at the Institute of Computer Science of the Czech Academy of Sciences (2022-2023). During his studies, he was also employed at the Department of Theoretical Computer Science of the Institute of Computer Science and the Department of Logic of the Institute of Philosophy, both at the Czech Academy of Sciences.
Education
Ph.D. in Logic (2013-2018) from the Department of Logic at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague, supervised by Marta Bílková.
Background
Research interests include the general theory of abstract algebraic logic, residuated lattices and related ordered algebraic structures, extensions and expansions of the four-valued Belnap–Dunn logic.
