Research interests include machine/deep learning, reinforcement learning, nonparametric/functional data analysis, high-dimensional data, latent factor models, and state-space models. Application areas include computational psychiatry, human behavioral tasks, neuroimaging data (EEG/fMRI), mobile health data, spatial transcriptomics, and high-throughput plant phenotyping.
