Published numerous papers in top conferences and journals such as MobiCom'23, MobiCom'21, MobiSys'20, JSAC'19, etc. Main research areas include software-oriented mobile networking systems, generative AI applications in networking, network automation and optimization, monitoring and orchestration, energy efficiency and sustainable networking, efficient spectrum sharing, and earth observation and networking with LEO satellites.
Research Experience
Held visiting roles at ETH Zurich and Ofcom London; Director of the Institute for Computing Systems Architecture at the University of Edinburgh (August 2018 - July 2022); Turing Fellow at the Alan Turing Institute (2018-2023). Currently leads the Networked Systems (NetSys) Group and is part of the Quantum Informatics Group and Security, Privacy and Trust Group.
