Research Experience
- Currently an Assistant Professor at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences, Northeastern University, and co-director of the Data Lab. Also an Affiliate Faculty in the Performance and Algorithms Research Group at Berkeley Lab. Previously, a Research Scientist at VMware Research for a year, and postdocs at UC Berkeley/LBL and Carnegie Mellon University.

Background
- Research interests include large-scale data systems, graph processing, and computational biology. The goal is to build scalable data systems with strong theoretical guarantees and apply them to high-performance computing, computational biology, stream processing, and storage.
