- From an ordinary family in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China; has been an amateur GRE tutor; passionate about rock music from the 1950s to the 1980s, won the championship in the university's biggest music competition, and performed over 200 shows as a resident singer; currently a substitute lead singer for the student band The Protagonists in Philadelphia; former member of the track and field team, won a gold medal in men's 100m at the school sports meet; practiced Taekwondo for 10 years, now a first-degree black belt.
