Academic Achievements
Multiple papers accepted to conferences such as Interspeech, ICME, and ICASSP; won 1st place in the Odyssey 2024 Emotion Recognition Challenge; received awards including the IEEE SPS Scholarship and the ACM SIGCHI Gary Marsden Travel Award.
Research Experience
Conducted research on affective computing and human-robot interaction at Honda Innovation Lab, Hiroshi Ishiguro Lab ATR, and Speech and Audio Processing Lab, under the supervision of Prof. Tatsuya Kawahara, Prof. Nigel Ward, and Dr. Carlos Ishi.
Education
PhD student at the University of Edinburgh's School of Informatics, advised by Dr. Catherine Lai and Prof. Peter Bell; received scholarships from Kyoto University and an academic excellence scholarship (3rd class) from NUPT.
