Academic Achievements
- Published more than 100 papers in leading international journals such as the IEEE Transactions series, Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Information Fusion. Authored one monograph and one textbook. Has seven ESI Highly Cited Papers (including three Hot Papers), four cover papers in top-tier journals, and four benchmark papers in the international field of image super-resolution. One of his research achievements has been applied in CT imaging systems of a U.S. medical imaging company, and another has been adopted in Apple’s iOS camera system. Received the Best Paper Award from Pattern Recognition, one of the top international journals in pattern recognition (ranked first author). Serves as an editorial board member or guest editor for several international SCI journals, including CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems (TFS), and IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics (TCE), among others.

- 2025 - Present: Professor / Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Computing, Harbin Institute of Technology; June 2022 - December 2024: Postdoctoral Researcher (Co-supervised by Professor Yan Ning Zhang) at the School of Computer Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University; July 2021 - 2025: Associate Professor / Doctoral Supervisor at Northwestern Polytechnical University; February 2021 - July 2021: Research Fellow at City University of Hong Kong.
Education
- Received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Application Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology in March 2021, under the supervision of Prof. Xu Yong, a national distinguished scholar. His postdoctoral co-advisor was Prof. Zhang Yanning (IEEE Fellow), Vice President of Northwestern Polytechnical University and a nationally recognized expert.

- Research interests include Image/Video Restoration and Recognition, Image Generation, Speech Processing, Intelligent Transportation, Multimodal and Large Models.
