Joined András's group at SZTAKI (then independent), where he worked for 4 years on various NLP projects including a hybrid NP-chunker, an entity linking tool, a learner of weighted grammars, and a natural language understanding system based on the 4lang semantic theory

Continued work on the 4lang library as a junior researcher at the Research Institute for Linguistics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences
Joined BME AUT faculty in 2016, teaching introductory NLP and continuing research on graph-based semantics
Has led the TUW NLP group since 2020
Co-founded the TU Wien spin-off KR Labs in 2024 with Ádám Kovács to develop open-source libraries for transparent and trustworthy NLP
