Resume
Academic Achievements
  • Supervised students: Seyed Younes Aghamiri (M1 internship, Summer 2025, co-supervised with Camille Marchet); Anaïs Denis (M1 internship, Summer 2024, co-supervised with Bastien Cazaux).
Research Experience
  • Postodoctoral researcher from September 2023 to present at Bonsai team, Cristal laboratory, Lille, working primarily with Mikaël Salson, Camille Marchet, and Antoine Limasset; Head of Algorithmic Research from September 2022 to January 2023 at Aniah, Grenoble.
Education
  • Ph.D. candidate from September 2019 to September 2022 at RDP laboratory, Inria team Mosaic, École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, supervised by Christophe Godin and Romain Azaïs. Thesis: 'On the Similarities of Trees: the interest of Enumeration and Compression Methods'.
Background
  • Currently a postdoctoral fellow in Lille. Research interests include the development of theoretical and practical methods for investigating substructures (patterns) in structured data (sequences, trees, graphs), particularly of biological origin. Specific areas of interest include data structures and algorithms, enumeration (both listing and counting), lossless compression, and machine learning (mainly frequent pattern mining and kernel methods). Additionally, strong interests in graph theory, algorithms, combinatorics, machine learning, and optimization.
