Research Experience
  • Since 2019, he has been leading the Access to Opportunities Lab (AOP-Lab) which investigates urban mobility conditions and access to opportunities in cities. The lab generates annual estimates of accessibility to employment, education, and health services for Brazil’s largest urban areas. He is also a visiting professor at the Department of Geography and Planning at the University of Toronto (2024-2025).
