Currently an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Quantitative Methods in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Rice University. Leads the SMART (Selection, Methodologies, & Assessment Research via Technology) lab, which aims to better understand human individual differences in work-related settings using advanced quantitative methods and technology.
