Research Experience
Currently a research scientist at Huawei Cloud.
Education
Received a Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong, supervised by Dr. Heming Cui; Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Hong Kong with first-class honor, and enjoyed an exchange program at UCSD during undergraduate study.
Background
Research interests include distributed consensus protocols, fault tolerance systems, distributed transaction processing systems, and blockchain systems. Also interested in building highly-efficient distributed systems leveraging datacenter networking hardware (e.g., RDMA) and secure distributed systems leveraging hardware trusted execution environments (e.g., Intel SGX).
Miscellany
From Shenyang, a beautiful city in northeast China.
