- Currently the Head of the Computer Science Department, with multiple publications in international conferences and journals, and has served as a program committee member for several international conferences.

- Obtained a PhD from Singapore Management University in 2019 under the supervision of Associate Professor Hady W. Lauw and Assistant Professor Yuan Fang; received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Engineering and Technology, VNU Hanoi in 2011.

- Research interests include web/social mining, recommender systems, multimodal learning, and reliable machine learning. Currently a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and a member of the Reliable Machine Learning group.
