Postdoctoral research fellow at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center, also a fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). Held fellowships or visiting positions at the Center for Democracy and Technology (CDT) in DC, USC's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, Stanford's Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society, and the Weizenbaum Institute in Berlin.
