Research Experience
  • Currently working on several projects, including: 1) Community governance and knowledge curation in online peer production communities like Wikipedia and Stack Exchange; 2) Health informatics with an emphasis on health disparities and digital health information-seeking behaviors; 3) Comparison between AI-generated and human-generated health communication, investigating user preferences based on content quality or source labeling; 4) Adoption of AI in libraries, examining organizational readiness, ethical considerations, and the impact of AI-driven services on knowledge institutions.

  • Received a Ph.D. in Information from Florida State University in 2019.
