Background
Research interests: robotics, motion control, real-time communication, FPGA design. Main contributions include direct bitstream processing for area optimization, HW-accelerated Kalman filtering, and specialized simulation tools; in RT communication, main results are focused on Ethernet POWERLINK (including development of the smallest ever FPGA CN) and Wi-Fi-based time synchronization.
