Held teaching and research positions in the Philippines and Singapore, and had a five-year stint as a software engineer and systems analyst in the industry.
Education
Completed bachelor's degree in computer engineering, master's degree in computer science, and Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering. His doctoral thesis focused on energy-neutral data delivery in environmentally-powered wireless sensor networks.
Background
Currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Engineering and Computer Science, Victoria University of Wellington. Research interests include new paradigms for designing IoT applications and information-centric networking in resource-constrained IoT networks.
