Currently the Director and Professor at the Center for Cybersecurity Research and Engineering, UAH. Primary research area is computer security, with a focus on security for Industrial Control Systems and CPS. Created cyber attack datasets for ICS and conducted virtual control systems research.

Background: Joined UAH as the founding director of the Center for Cybersecurity Research and Education in 2015. The center has over 40 full-time staff and nearly 100 students. Prior to UAH, worked at Mississippi State University and Texas Instruments.
