Research Experience
  • Involved in developing a workflow that combines wet lab and dry lab approaches to understand how viruses spread across different hosts and their impact on public health.
Background
  • Research interests include One Health perspective virology studies focusing on sampling from animals, humans, and the environment; genomic epidemiology, generating and analyzing virus sequences to study diversity, evolution, and spread; monitoring of RNA viruses, specifically influenza A (avian, human), SARS-CoV-2, and enteroviruses.
