Research Experience
Interned for 6 months at Datalogic ADC, working on Deep Learning and Computer Vision applied to OCR systems; joined Genesys Lab at Northeastern University as a Research Assistant and Ph.D. candidate; joined NVIDIA as a Senior Software Engineer on the AERIAL team in March 2025, continuing work on Deep Learning applications for Next-Generation Cellular Networks.

Received BS in Computer Science from the University of Bologna in 2013; MS in Computer Science from the University of Bologna in 2017; completed Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Kaushik Chowdhury at Northeastern University in March 2025.
Background
Research interests include Deep Learning, Swarm Intelligence, Mobile systems, Wireless Communications, GPGPU, Heterogeneous computing, Parallel and Distributed computing. During his undergraduate studies, he was awarded a 2-year fellowship as a technical student by INFN (National Institute of Nuclear Physics) in Italy, where he conducted research on heterogeneous computing and GPGPU applications.
