Academic Achievements
  • Serves as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Data Science, Statistics, and Visualisation and an Editorial Board Reviewer for the Journal of Machine Learning Research; was the Founding Chair of the Young Section of the Irish Statistical Association (2019 - 2021).
Research Experience
  • Currently a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Statistics within the School of Mathematics and Statistics at University College Dublin; teaches statistical machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence at graduate and postgraduate levels; has experience designing and delivering courses on statistical programming and statistical network analysis to PhD students; serves as the programme director for the BSc/BA/BScSocSc degrees in Statistics; leads the UCD School of Mathematics and Statistics Working Group on Statistical Learning and the Statistics and Actuarial Science seminar series.
